  1. The WW points are very useful for WW enthusiasts. For your popcorn snack, might I make a suggestion? This recipe is cheaper, healthier and tastier – Peanut Butter Kettle Corn. Feel free to omit the sugar to decrease the point value, the peanut butter goes great even though I had my doubts at first! Also, the use of peanut butter on the popcorn helps slow the absorption of the popcorn into the body, keeping you fuller for longer =).
